Connect Tally to Airtable
Every Tally application lands in Airtable already scored against your criteria, so the strongest rise to the top. See the flow, then I build it.
To screen Tally applications in Airtable automatically: when someone applies, an AI reads the answers, scores them against the criteria you set, and adds a ranked record in Airtable. You open a sorted shortlist instead of a pile of raw forms. I build it with the Tally API, Claude, and your Airtable.

✓ Complete flow
It's a way to picture your automation. I build the real thing with n8n, Claude and the apps you already use.
What you can screen
Job applicants
Each application is scored on the things you actually care about and dropped into a shortlist.
Submissions
Grant, pitch or entry forms get rated, so judging starts from a ranked list.
Waitlists
Sign-ups land sorted by fit, so you reach out to the best matches first.
How I build it
It runs on the Tally API, Claude (the AI that reads each application and scores it against your rubric), and your Airtable. The criteria are yours, the score is shown so you can check it, and your records stay in your own Airtable.
