KyndredAI is a one-person automation studio run by Federico Medinilla (“I”, “me”, “KyndredAI”), based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach me any time at hello@kyndredai.com.

By browsing kyndredai.com, chatting with my AI assistant, using the free tools, or engaging my services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or my services.

I design and build AI agents, n8n automations, and Claude-powered chatbots for small businesses, along with the consulting around them. This website is informational: it describes what I offer and lets you get in touch. Any actual project is agreed separately, in writing, before any work or payment begins.

These terms cover your use of the website itself, the Kyn assistant, and the free tools. The paid work I do for a client is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal or service agreement) for that specific project. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the project agreement prevails for that project.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, and no using it to send unlawful or harmful content.

Kyn, my AI assistant, is here to answer questions about KyndredAI and help you think through your needs. Its replies are generated by AI, are informational only, and can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Nothing Kyn says is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice. For anything that matters, confirm it with me directly.

The calculator and quiz on this site give rough, illustrative estimates to help you think about automation. They are based on general assumptions, not on your actual numbers, and they do not guarantee any specific result, saving, or outcome. Treat them as a starting point for a conversation, not as professional, financial, or legal advice.

Any prices shown on the site are indicative and may change. The final price for your project is whatever we agree in writing beforehand. The “first month free” applies to a new engagement as described in the pricing section, and I will never charge you anything without your clear agreement first.

The website, its text, its design, and the KyndredAI name and logo are mine and are protected by intellectual-property law. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

For paid projects, the deliverables I build for you (your automations, configurations, and the like) become yours once the work is paid for, as set out in the project agreement. I build on open tools so that you keep what you pay for, rather than being locked to me.

For a project to work, I need timely access to the relevant tools and accurate information from you. You are responsible for having the right to grant that access, for the lawfulness of the data you ask me to process, and for reviewing sensitive automated actions where the design calls for your approval.

My work connects tools I do not own, such as n8n, Anthropic (Claude), Vercel, Google, and WhatsApp, among others. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms and pricing. I am not responsible for outages, changes, or decisions made by those third parties.

I put real care into everything I build, but the site and my services are provided “as is”. AI systems are not perfect and can make mistakes, which is why I design sensitive steps to require human approval. To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the project the claim relates to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

I aim to keep the site up and running, but I cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. I may update, pause, or take down parts of it at any time.

This site may link to websites I do not control. I am not responsible for their content or their practices, so please review their own terms and policies.

How I handle your data is explained in my Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I will change the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and any dispute relating to the site will be handled by the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
