Privacy Policy

KyndredAI is a one-person automation studio run by Federico Medinilla (“I”, “me”, “KyndredAI”). I am the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

I only collect what I need to answer you and provide my services:

• Information you give me. When you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message.
• Booking information. When you schedule a call, my scheduling provider collects your name, email, and the time you choose.
• Technical logs. Like most websites, my host records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and reliability.
• Privacy-friendly analytics. I may use cookieless analytics that count visits in aggregate without identifying you or tracking you across other sites.
• Preferences. Your theme (light/dark) and language choices are stored on your own device and are never sent to me.

I use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for;
• schedule and hold our call;
• keep the website secure, working, and improving;
• meet my legal obligations.

I never sell your personal information, and I never use your private business data to train public AI models.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, I rely on these legal bases: your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), the performance of a contract with you, and my legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running my business securely.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. I store your theme and language preferences locally in your browser, which is not used to track you. If you open the booking widget, my scheduling provider may set its own cookies — please see their privacy policy for details.

Any analytics I use are privacy-first and cookieless: they measure overall traffic (such as page views and referrers) in aggregate — without cookies, without personal profiles, and without selling data.

I work with a small number of trusted providers who process data on my behalf, only as needed to run the site and my services:

• Web3Forms — delivers contact-form messages to my inbox.
• Calendly — schedules calls.
• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics.
• Namecheap — website hosting.

Each provider has its own privacy policy and processes your data under a data-processing agreement.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I share it only with the providers listed above, or when required by law (for example, to comply with a valid legal request).

Some of my providers are based outside your country, including in the United States. When your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

I keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you and, where relevant, to provide and account for my services. When it is no longer needed, I delete it. You can ask me to delete your data sooner at any time.

I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and I work only with reputable providers. No method of transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, but I take your privacy seriously.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to object to or restrict how it is used; and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in California, you also have the right to know what I collect and to ask me to delete it, and I will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, simply email me at hello@kyndredai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

This website and my services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

My site may link to other websites I don't control. This policy doesn't cover them, so please review their own privacy policies.

I may update this policy from time to time. When I do, I'll change the “last updated” date above, and any significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
