Connect Gmail to Airtable
Turn inbound emails into clean Airtable records, parsed and filed on their own. See the flow, then I build it.
To save Gmail emails in Airtable automatically: when an email arrives, an AI reads it and pulls the details you track (sender, request, amount, date), then adds a structured record in Airtable. Your base fills itself instead of you re-typing from the inbox. I build it with the Gmail API, Claude, and your Airtable.

✓ Complete flow
It's a way to picture your automation. I build the real thing with n8n, Claude and the apps you already use.
What you can build
Leads
An inbound email becomes a contact record with the details already parsed out.
Orders & invoices
Each email is logged as a structured record, not a thread you have to reopen.
Requests
Incoming asks land as records your team can assign, tag and track to done.
How I build it
It runs on the Gmail API, Claude (the AI that reads each email and structures it), and your Airtable. It only touches the emails you point it at, and your base stays in your own Airtable. Sensitive steps wait for your approval.
