Let's talk
Calendly → WhatsApp

Connect Calendly to WhatsApp

Every Calendly booking gets a warm WhatsApp confirmation, written for that appointment, sent on its own. See the flow, then I build it.

To confirm Calendly bookings over WhatsApp automatically: when someone books a slot, an AI writes a short confirmation that fits the service and time, then it goes out on WhatsApp. People get the channel they actually read, and fewer no-shows slip through. I build it with the Calendly API, Claude, and the WhatsApp Business API.

It's a way to picture your automation. I build the real thing with n8n, Claude and the apps you already use.

What you can send

Confirmations

A booking triggers a WhatsApp note with the date, time and what to bring, in your own words.

Reminders

A nudge the day before cuts no-shows, on the channel people open in seconds.

Reschedules

If they cancel or move the slot, the message updates itself instead of going stale.

How I build it

It runs on the Calendly API, Claude (the AI that writes each message for the booking), and the official WhatsApp Business API. No mass-blast tools, no unofficial hacks that get numbers banned. Your calendar and contacts stay in your own accounts.
