Connect Zoom to Notion
Every Zoom call leaves a clean Notion page with the summary and the to-dos, written on its own. See the flow, then I build it.
To turn Zoom meetings into Notion pages automatically: when a call ends, an AI reads the transcript, sums up what was decided and pulls out the action items, then creates a Notion page with all of it. Nobody has to write the minutes from memory. I build it with the Zoom API, Claude, and your Notion.

✓ Complete flow
It's a way to picture your automation. I build the real thing with n8n, Claude and the apps you already use.
What you get
Minutes
A clear summary of what was said and decided, ready to share, not a raw transcript.
Action items
The to-dos and who owns them are pulled out so nothing agreed gets forgotten.
Searchable history
Every call becomes a page you can find later, instead of a recording nobody rewatches.
How I build it
It runs on the Zoom API, Claude (the AI that reads the transcript and writes the summary), and your Notion. It only touches the meetings you point it at, and your pages and recordings stay in your own accounts.
