Connect Telegram to Google Sheets
Snap a receipt to Telegram and it logs itself in a spreadsheet, vendor, amount and date filled in. See the flow, then I build it.
To log Telegram photos in Google Sheets automatically: when you send a photo of a receipt or ticket, an AI reads it and pulls the vendor, amount and date, then writes a new row. Expense tracking turns into sending a picture. I build it with the Telegram Bot API, Claude, and your own sheet.

✓ Complete flow
It's a way to picture your automation. I build the real thing with n8n, Claude and the apps you already use.
What you can capture
Expenses
A photo of a receipt becomes a row with vendor, amount and date, no manual entry.
Field notes
A quick message from the road lands in the sheet so nothing gets lost before you sit down.
Running totals
Each entry feeds your budget or report, so the numbers stay current on their own.
How I build it
It runs on the Telegram Bot API, Claude (the AI that reads each photo and pulls the data), and your Google Sheet. Only the chat you point it at is read, and the sheet stays in your own Google account. A person can approve anything before it acts.
