Connect Google Reviews to Slack
Every Google review lands in Slack, read and rated, so a bad one never sits unanswered. See the flow, then I build it.
To send Google reviews to Slack automatically: when a new review arrives, an AI reads it, gauges whether it is positive or negative, and posts it to your channel with that read. The whole team sees what customers are saying, and the negative ones get noticed first. I build it with the Google Business Profile API, Claude, and your Slack.

✓ Complete flow
It's a way to picture your automation. I build the real thing with n8n, Claude and the apps you already use.
What it covers
New reviews
Each review lands in Slack with its star rating and a one-line summary.
Bad ones first
A negative review gets flagged, so someone replies before it sits there for days.
The whole team
Reputation stops being one person's job; the channel keeps everyone aware.
How I build it
It runs on the Google Business Profile API, Claude (the AI that reads each review and gauges the sentiment), and your Slack. It posts only to the channel you choose, no scraping, and your reviews stay in your own Google account.
